Abstract   Primary osteogenic sarcomas of the breast constitute a small heterogenous group within the mammary sarcomas. Approximately 1/ of malgnant tumors of the breast are sarcomas and 5 to 12.8% are osteogenic sarcomas or lesions which develop bone, cartilage or osteoid tissue. Unlikely to sarcomas of the skeietai system, osteosarcomas of the breast usually occurs in middleaged or elderly women but may occur in the 3rd decade. Since the first report by Bonet in 1970, about 200 documented cases have been reported in the literature. This is a case report of 6I-year-old female with primary osteosarcoma of the breast who have been suffered from chronic breast abscess and serous discharge for 40 years after first delivery(and following breast lump in the same site), There are much confusion about the classfication and terminology of bone formina tumors relation to the conflicting theories about the histiogenesis and pathogenesis of these neo- plasms. Now we report the case and review the related discussion and references.
